if the personalised writing is wrong, can it be amended

If the mistake was made by us we will either amend it or resend the item. However if it is an error made by the customer such as a misspelling or similar we are not liable and the customer will need to re buy the item. We generally give a small discount if this is the case.

are the chopping board and house signs treated?

Yes, the chopping boards are treated with a food safe oil for protection but we do advise rubbing in some olive oil for extra protection before first use. the house signs have also been treated with an oil suitable for outdoor use. We recommend retreating the house signs every year with a light sand and coat or 2 of oil so that it last longer and keeps its new look.

how fast can you personalise products?

We can generally turn an order around in less that 24 hours during Monday to Friday when purchased from our shop. If the item is out of stock we will contact you directly with a rough date on dispatch. But we suggest giving 2-5 working days but aim to have the item personalised and with the customer within 3 days.

CAN I ORDER A product TO BE SENT DIRECT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, you can specify a separate recipient and delivery address at the checkout stage. Let us know if you want a message putting in with the delivery or don't want the receipt to be included.

do you offer a discount for multiple purchases

Yes, if you require a number of items of the same product please get in touch and we can arrange a discount code design specially for you.

can you engrave logos or emojis

yes, we can engrave logos as long as you provide us with a clear image.
